Come to class, have a dance with me and the girls to banging tunes SO GOOD you won’t even know you’re exercising!
- Wednesdays @ 7 pm – 8 pm
- Saturdays @ 9 am – 10 am
- £8 on the door
- No need to book. Just turn up!
- Wear your “PE” kit, trainers and a good sports bra.
- Bring a bottle of water and a towel.
Bring your mates, the more, the merrier!
